VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR
GREEN COUNTRY CLASSIC
June 19-20, 2010
It's once again time to hold our annual dressage show at the Claremore Expo Center to benefit the Bit By Bit Therapeutic Riding Program.
Many people have already volunteered, but we have openings for all positions. Since you volunteered last year, you definitely get first pick of positions. Friday we need drivers to pick up and deliver officials, as well as help with setting up the arena. Although early arriving riders always seem to help, it makes our managers worried if we don't have enough help already signed up.
Here's a list of the various 'job openings'. No experience needed other than for scribe.
Judge Transportation from airport Friday evening to Claremore
Saturday evening dinner host/ess for judges and TD
Friday ring set up 10:00 am
Paddock
Gate
Runners
Scorers
Office Floater
Scribes (need legible handwriting and prior experience)
Arena break down Sun
Barn Manager
Work times will break down into approximately four hour work shifts--- from start of day to noon break, noon break to finish of show. Please indicate which day and which portion(s) of it you would like to work. Also indicate which jobs you would prefer.
